That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-2 13 Single-Family Residential District,to Revised PCD, Planned District-Commercial: 14 Z-9904-A: Described as the North 87 feet of the S1/2 of the West 132 feet of Tract 38, 15 GLOECKLER'S ACRES,Pulaski County,Arkansas,LESS AND EXCEPT the West 16 10 feet for road right of way and subject to 10-foot easement on the West line. 17 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little 18 Rock Planning Commission. 19 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for CSA Logistics—Revised PD-C, 20 located at 8801 Dreher Lane(Z-9904-A), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 21 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 22 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 23 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 24 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map be, and is hereby amended, to the extent and in the respects 25 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and 29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 30 ordinance. 31 Section 7. Repealer.
