WHEREAS, Satpal Kamboj is the sole owner of the following described property in P]laslci'"`�`11"
County, Arkansas, and desire to plat said property:
Lot 2R and Lot 3, Replat of Lot 2, Phase 2 of the Y.M.C.A. Addition, City of
Little Rock, Arkansas
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSED:
That I, the said Owner, hereinafter termed grantor(s), have caused said tract of land to be sur-
veyed by Laha. Engineers and Surveyors, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title:
Lot 2R and Lot 3 Replat of Lot 2, Phase 2 of the Y_M.C.A. Addition, City of Little Rock, Ar-
kansas and the date (Date on Plat) May L7, 2014 and by the signature of the said surveyor and
the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pu-
laski County, Arkansas, as Instrument No_ -`/ 02 j= 6 5, _ and the grantor(s) do here-
by make this Bill ofAssurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has replatted said real estate in accordance with
said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and ex officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of
the easements and rights of way as shown on the said plat.
This Bill of Assurance shall run for a period of ten (10) years and thereafter shall auto-
matically renew itself every ten (10) years unless amended or terminated by a majority of the
property owners of the lots in the subdivision.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
