SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENTS: (February 9, 1989)
The applicant was not in attendance. The Planning Staff
reported that a telephone conversation had been held with
Mr. Moore but that the required supporting information
pointed out at previous meetings had not been supplied. The
Committee forwarded the matter on to the full Commission
without additional comment.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (February 21, 1989)
There were no objectors in attendance. The applicant was
not present. Staff reported that the applicant was having
difficulties providing the additional information required
by the Commission. The Commission, after a brief
discussion, determined to place this item on the Consent
Agenda for deferral. A motion to that effect was made. The
motion passed by a vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, 3 absent. This
item will be placed on the April 4th Planning Commission
Agenda.
(The Commission agreed with Planning Staff that this should
be the last deferral in the review of this item and the
applicant is to be instructed that, should he not provide
the required material by the Subdivision Committee meeting
for April, this item will be withdrawn from further
consideration.)
