3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN
4 (ORDINANCE NO. 22,180); TO REMOVE A PROPOSED COLLECTOR
5 EXTENSION ON WEST 57TH STREET BETWEEN GEYER SPRINGS
6 ROAD AND MABELVALE PIKE FROM THE MASTER STREET PLAN
7 MAP (MSP2024-01); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Master Street Plan Amendment
10 and now recommends it for approval.
11 WHEREAS,the Planning Commission after review at a public hearing recommends the additions.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. Located in T1 N R13 W Sec. 24, the Proposed Collector extension on West 57h Street
15 between Geyer Springs Road and Mabelvale Pike is to be removed from the Master Street Plan map and
16 text.
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
20 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally.a part of the
21 ordinance.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
23 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
