3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Jeremy Martin,appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large Representative term of Debra Redding, said
13 term to expire on May 21,2025.
14 William Gold,appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large Representative term of Angela Green Moore,
15 said term to expire on May 21,2025.
16 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
17 Zella Davis,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year Service Provider Representative term,said term
18 to expire on July 6,2027.
19 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
20 Suzanne Rogers,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year Ward 5 Representative term, said term to
21 expire on November 28,2026.
22 ARTS& CULTURE COMMISSION:
23 Clarence Harris, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
24 April 2,2026.
25 Hana Mariah Hatta,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
26 April 2,2026.
27 Glenn B Sergeant, Jr., appointed to fill the unexpired Cultural Institution term of Lillie Peterson,
28 said term to expire on April 2,2024.
29 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
30 Dax Chance, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large Representative term of Kenny Stephens, Jr.,
31 said term to expire on October 19,2024.
32 Rudy Neree, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
33 expire on October 19,2026.
34 Adam Wierciak, appointed to serve his first three(3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term
