3 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSESSORS FOR RIVERDALE LEVEE
4 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 134 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
5 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the Board'of Commissioners of Riverdale Levee District No. 134 of Little Rock,
8 Arkansas has reported its plan of improvement and a plan for the use of the reassessment moneys and it is
9 necessary for assessors to be appointed to assess the benefits to property in the District;and
10 WHEREAS,the plan for improvements states that the total amount of benefits shall not be diminished
11 as a result of the reassessment and the total amount of assessments shall be sufficient to maintain debt
12 service on all of the District's outstanding bonds and other indebtedness.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY 1'HE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1.John R.Larrison,Andrew Stephens,and Jack East,being electors in the City of Little Rock,are
16 hereby appointed as assessors to constitute a Board of Assessment to review the benefits received by each
17 lot,block, or, other subdivision of land within Riverdale Levee District No. 134 of Little Rock,Arkansas.
18 Section 2. Severability. In the event that any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
19 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional. such declaration or
20 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution. which shall remain in Full force and
21 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
22 resolution.
23 Section 3.Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same.that are inconsistent with the
24 provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
