PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 492, said Kingwood Place;
thence South 65`04'33" East 15.00 feet to a point on the Westerly
right-of-way line of Kingsrow Drive; thence South 24°55'27" West along said
Westerly right-of-way line 141.38 feet; thence along a curve to the right
having a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc distance of 28.98 feet and a chord
which bears South 58°08'06" West 27.39 feet; thence South 24°55'27" West
10.70 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of State Highway 10
(Cantrell Road); thence North 77056'00" West along said North right-of-way
line 99.96 feet; thence North 24054'43" East 174.99 feet to a point on the
South line of said Lot 492; thence South 77'56'00" East along said South
line 100.00 fee; to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.446. acres, more or
less.
No portion of the property described above is located within the
100-year flood plain as designated by the Flood Insurance Rate
Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency,
(August 5, 1985).
