PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Part of Tract "U", Kingwood Place an addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 492, said Kingwood Place;
thence South 65004'33" East 15.00 feet to a point on the Westerly
right-of-way line of Kingsrow Drive; thence South 2.4055127" West along said
Westerly right-of-way line 141.38 feet; thence along a curve to the right
having a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc distance of 28.98 feet and a chord
which bears South 58008'06" West 27.39 feet; thence South 24'55'27" West
10.70 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of State Highway 10
(Cantrell Road); thence North 77'56'00" West along said North right-of-way
line 99.96 feet; thence North 24054'43" East 174.99 feet to a point on the
South line of said Lot 492; thence South 77056'00" East along said South
line 100.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.446 acres, more or
less.
No portion of the property described above is located within the
100-year flood plain as designated by the Flood Insurance Rate
Map published by the Federal Emerqency Management Agency,
(August 5, 1985).
