Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 492, said Kingwood Place;

Westerly right-of-way line 141.38 feet; thence along a curve to the right

10.70 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of State Highway 10
(Cantrell Road); thence North 77°56'00" West along said North right-of-way
line 99.96 feet; thence North 24°54'43" East 174.99 feet to a point on the
South line of said Lot 492; thence South 77056'00" East along said South
line 100.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.446 acres, more or
less.
