Follow ordinance requirements regarding site plan submittal requirements and submit a revised site plan showing vicinity, landscaping, etc. Submit elevations due to close proximity to residential area. D. Staff Recommendation Reserved until comments addressed. E. Subdivision Committee Review The item was discussed by the Committee. The main issue was identified as land use. Some concern was expressed regarding the location of commercial uses on this site. The applicant was asked to provide staff with a revised plan that meant basic site plan, parking, and buffer requirements. Utility Comments - Sewer available. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: As requested by the applicant, a motion for withdrawal of the application was made and passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent.
