Neither the owner or I was aware that this was being done. We had no representation at the meeting. The Board voted to reject the waiver request, 4 to 2 or 5 to 2. Sidewalks were waived when the development occurred several years ago._We had no thought that sidewalks were an issue. The development consists of two cul-de-sac streets and both the staff and Planning Commission supported the waiver for sidewalks. Pending approval of a variance by the Board of Directors, sidewalks are required to be constructed. The requested waiver of the requirement to construct a sidewalk along the length of Belle Point Drive has been referred to the Board of Directors.
