20, T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Starting at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4,
said Section 20; thence N 01' 08' 55" E along the West line of
said NE 1/4, 1343.32 ft, to the point of beginning; thence
N 01' 08' 55" E and continuing, along said West line, 137.72 ft.
to a point; thence N 880 44' 36" E, 157.33 ft. to a point; thence
N 8° 12' 31" E, 98.2 ft. to a point on the Southerly right-of-way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence Southeasterly along
said Southerly right-of-way line the following bearings and
distances: S 62° 47' 32" E, 30.47 ft.; S 640 53' 06" E, 287.59
ft.; S 67' 00' 02" E, 474.21 ft. and S 69' 04' 15" L, 360.98 ft.
to a point on the West right-of-way line of Sam Peck Road; thence
