described as: Starting at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4,
said Section 20; thence N 01' 08' 55" E along the West line of
said NE 1/4, 1343.32 ft. to the point of beginning; thence
N 01° 08' 55" E and continuing along said West line, 137.72 ft.
to a point; thence N 88' 44' 36" E, 157.33 ft. to a point; thence
N 8° 12' 31" E, 98.2 ft. to a point on the Southerly right-of-way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence Southeasterly along
said Southerly right-of-way line the following bearings and
