There is existing homes with separate meters already present on the site and we have been recently notified of an issue with one of the homes. The bank is closing on the sale of one of the homes at the end of the month and the current lease is expiring, so there is urgency with this variance. The owner, Ms. Laphelia Moreland of Arlington, Texas, is willing to dedicate any additional right-of-way necessary to meet the master street plan requirements for this final plat.
