LOT 1 LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the NEl/4, SWl/4, Section 17, T-1-N, R-11-W, Pulaski County-,
Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning at the SW corner of said
NEl/4, SW1/4 (said point being 495.0 feet N-0-50-E of the NE corner of
Sanders Addition to the City of Little Rock as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 42 to the Pulaski County Records) thence N-0-50-00-E 994.33 feet;
thence S-88-26-05-E 1146.15 feet to the West right-of-way of Lindsey Road;
thence along said right-of-way to a point S-37-05-10-E 45.40 feet to the
West right-of-way of a sewer easement; thence along said sewer easement
leaving said road right-of-way; S-3-40-25-14 938.43 feet; thence leaving
said easement N-89-30-14 1127.47 feet to the point of beginning containing
25,9922 acres more or less. Property corners are located in accordance with
existing monuments in the area.
