SUBJECT: FLINTRIDGE BUSINESS ADDITION
Dear Jim:
Enclosed with this letter is the preliminary plat of the subject
matter. We have been continuing to work on this property since the
plat was approved and we wish to verify the validity of this plat
at this time.
We have been planning and working with the Little Rock Water Works
and the adjoining neighbors in providing water and fire protection
for this area. This will be an expenditure of approximately
$45,000 to serve this area and therefore is important that the
expenditure of these funds meet with your approval. We expect to
receive final plans and a proposed contract from the Little Rock
Water Works later this week and wish to proceed as quickly
thereafter as possible in order to provide water service primarily
to the residences located in the area.
Please review this matter and let me hear from you at your earliest
convenience. I have also enclosed with this letter a copy of the
preliminary design of the water service. Water Works is reviewing
and updating this at this time.
