each.
B. Existing Conditions:
The site consists of a retail boat sale structure
facing University Avenue and two single family
structures that face Mabelvale Pike.
C. Issues/Discussions/Le al/Technical/Design:
The purpose of this plat is to separate the uses on the
site.

D. Engineerinq Comments:
No parking or maneuvering of parking in existing
right-of-way; therefore, needs franchise for the State
Highway Department approval.
E. Staff Recommendation:
Approval subject to comments made.
F. Subdivision Committee Review:
The applicant was not present at the meeting. The item
was passed to the Commission.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The application was represented by Mr. Gordon Duckworth. A
motion for approval was made and passed. It was
conditioned upon resolving the parking issue with the State
Highway Department. The vote was: 10 ayes, 0 noes, and 1
absent.
