Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SW4 NEi Section 29;

iron pin at the end of said curve.
THENCE South 000 28' West for 896.13 feet to an iron pin on said
North right-of-way line of west 65th Street;
THENCE North 89 19' 46" West along said North riqht-of-way It
