JULY 2019 AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, APC PROPERTY GROUP, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company
("Grantor") is the owner of a tract of real property located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, with a legal description set forth on the attached Exhibit A (the "Property").
WHEREAS, Grantors predecessors -in -interest previously filed a Bill of Assurance with
respect to the Property as well as adjacent property on February 5, 1996, as Instrument No. 96-
10222 (the "Original Bill of Assurance"), as amended by that certain Amendment to Bill of
Assurance filed on July 2, 1996, as Instrument No. 96-47123 (the "199.6 Amendment"), as further
amended by that Amendment to Bill of Assurance filed on September 14, 1998, as Instrument No.
98-070925 (the "1998 Amendment"), and as still further amended by that certain January 2006
Amendment to Bill of Assurance filed on February 2, 2006, as Instrument No. 206009313, as re -
filed to correct a clerk error on February 24, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006014458 (collectively the
"2006 Amendment") (the Original Bill of Assurance, the 1996 Amendment, the 1998 Amendment,
and the 2006 Amendment collectively referred to herein as the `Bill of Assurance").

WHEREAS, it is desirable that the Property be replatted.
Now, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
THAT Grantor has caused the Property to be surveyed and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title "Lots IO-R & 11-R Westrock Office Addition, Being a Replat of Lot 10 &
11, Westrock Addition, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas" and the date,
2019, and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Off cio Recorder of Pul ki
o�unt�y, Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page (the "Plat"), and Grantor does hereby make this
July 2019 Amendment to the Bill of Assurance (this "Amendment").
The purpose of this Amendment is to provide for the re -subdivision of the lots to be known
as Lots 10-R and Lot 11-R, out of the lots known as Lot 10 and Lot 11, Westrock Office Addition,
and shown in Plat Book H, page 631.
Hereinafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot number as shown on the Plat
shall be a proper and sufficient description hereof.
The lots in said subdivision shall be subject to the covenants set forth in the Bill of
Assurance as amended by this Amendment, and in Plat Boole E, page 544.
