To Whom it May Concern:
I am considering renting out my current, primary residence as a Short Term Rental-2 when I close on my
new home. I will have a property manager who will be on call 24/7 and has a very good reputation in
the Little Rock community of taking care of her properties. I also live local so will be able to address
anything else that might be needed. I would like to be in compliance with the City of Little Rock and
request a zoning change.
To provide further information to the board, I will rent this house as the entire residence, I will not rent
out as individual rooms.
Please consider my request of zoning change to STR-2.
