To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Kelly Tucker, President of the Total Land Corporation that owns the property located at
9020 Chicot Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. The purpose of the P.Z.D is to clean up the zoning and to
correct the property issue with the county of the parcel that is north of Mann Road. The back part of the
property was zoned R-2 and I was not aware of this since the front of the property is zoned C-3. Per staff
recommendation, we are asking for a P.Z.D. and to split the property into two separate parcels. We are
using the back property as inside storage and have been since the property was purchased on September
