Development Staff Comments:
1. Staff suggest C-3 permitted uses for proposed east lot and C-3 permitted uses/inside storage and warehousing for the west lot. If this is acceptable, please confirm.
2. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show on site plan with required screening.
3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Any signage must comply with 36-555 of the zoning ordinance.
5. There is to be No outside storage.
6. Provide parking plan for each lot.
7. Show access to western lot on revised site plan.
