1. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
2. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, it will be required to be screened according to Section 36-523 (d) of the Zoning Code
3. Any signage placed on-site must comply with Section 36-555 of the Zoning Code.
4. Will entry drive be gated?
