Dear Commissioners:
Baptist Health has a parking lot on the north end of our School located at 11900 Col Glenn
Road in Little Rock which we would like to use for auto storage. The lot is roughly 3.4 acres.
A local auto dealership has approached us about storing units on this lot. They would not sell
from this lot, only store inventory.
We wish to re -zone the property from C-3 to C-4. We have filed our application with the city
as of today's date.
