To whom it may concern,
The application letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little
Rock Planning Board in regard to a Proposed Replat submittal for "Lot 3-R, a replat of Lots 3 4 11 and
12 of Block 9 of Batman's Subdivision of Cherry and Cox" as submitted to Monte Moore.
The Bill of Assurance would not be affected, amended, or changed for Batman's Subdivision or Cherry
and Cox.
Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the proposed tract replat survey plat be reviewed by the board
at the next available meeting.
As a part of this submittal, Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are not requesting a variance for any
items.
Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are requesting a rezoning of the property from R-2, residential, to
C-3, Commercial. There is an existing commercial business on the property.
Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are requesting that the portion of the alleyway between lots 11
and 12 and lots 3 and 4, that traverses the property from east to west, be closed as part of this review
process. An easement will be left in place for the existing sewer line that is shown on the survey replat.
