Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide hours of operation.
2. The razor wire fencing must be adjusted to meet Code requirements as per Section 36-516 (d) (1)
3. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Code.
4. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
