RE: Z-2908-E JWJ Investments – PD-C 5914 W. 19th Street Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide hours of operation. 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. (typical) 2. The razor wire fencing must be adjusted to meet Code requirements as per Section 36-516 (d) (1) OWNER WILL COMPLY. However, it should be noted that the fencing surrounding the property was installed by LR wastewater last year as part of a sewer project. 3. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Code. OWNER WILL COMPLY. 4. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. OWNER WILL COMPLY. 5. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. OWNER WILL COMPLY.
