1. How many residents live in the house?
2. Provide number of staff.
3. Will staff live at the residence?
4. Provide total square footage of each bedroom.
5. How many people will reside in each bedroom?
6. Provide information on services that will be provided to residents.
7. Will any residents have their own vehicles
8. Will AEDD provide transportation for the residents?
