Southwest corner of the NW1/4 of said Section 2; thence N 89447139"E, along
the South line of the SWI/4, NW1/4 of said Section 2, 1258.67 feet to a found
iron pin for the Southwest corner of the SE1/4. NW1/4 of said Section 2;
thence N 89'46159"E along the South line of the SE1/4. NW1/4, of said Section
2, 557.10 feet to a set iron pin; thence N 0.33'49"W, 1328.83 feet to a set
iron pin, said iron pin being on the North line of the SE1/4, NW1/4, of said

iron pin for the Northwest corner of the SE1/4. NWl/4, of said Section 2;

N 01000'43"E. 212.45 feet to a set iron pin, said iron pin being on the North

to a set iron pin, said iron pin being on the South right-of-way line of Kanis
Road; thence S 70'10'58"W. along said South line of Kanis Road, 491.41 feet to
the Point of Beginning, containing 92.30 acres more or less.
