Telephoned ( Please Phone ( ) Returned your call ( ) Will Phone Again ( ) Came in to see you ( ) Urgent Message: �L,Ge�fz2GC. pla/ 1/ I/-/- e"- q� 4 PLAT AND BILL OF ASSURANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Vogel/Sysco Food Service, Inc. is the sole owner of the following described property: Tracts "AR" and "C" of Vogel's Replat, being a Replat of Tracts 33 & 34, Leigh and Butler Acres, located in the N1/2 SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: and desire to replat said land into tracts: NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: THAT Vogel/Sysco Food Service, Inc., hereinafter termed Grantors, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Brooks and Curry, Inc., Registered Land Surveyors, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title TRACT "ARC", being a replat of Tracts "AR" and "C", Vogel's Replat, being a Replat of Tracts 33 & 34, Leigh & Butler Acres in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the date August 13, 1987, and by the signature of the said Land Surveyor and the said Grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book _____________ at page ............ and the Grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The Grantor does hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said Plat shall forever be known and designated as TRACT "ARC", VOGEL'S REPLAT, in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: and every deed of conveyance or instrument of transfer of said property using such description shall be sufficient. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said Plat. All buildings constructed on said Tract shall be constructed no nearer to the street or rear Tract line than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Insofar as this Tract is concerned, this Bill of Assurance shall supplement the Bill of Assurance applicable thereto filed in connection with Vogel's Replat of Tracts 33 & 34, Leigh & Butler Acres in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and recorded in Deed Record. Book 984, Page 497 and Deed Record Book 1063, Page 297, office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. This Bill of Assurance may be amended by the written consent of the owners of the area covered by this Replat and approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
