However, when the initial application was presented to the Planning Commission on June 16, 1987, as an 110-3" Office application, there was a substantial opposition. The opponents were residents of the Wakefield Subdivision lying to the north and west of this intersection. Their opposition was to the district use group and its broad application of uses. They did not oppose a quiet use such as a Funeral Home. The chapel will seat approximately 120 to 130 people. 3. Stormwater detention will be provided on -site and Mabelvale Pike will be improved to arterial street standards for the one-half of Mabelvale Pike that is adjacent to the site. 4.
