along top of bank and
drainage easement on Lots
57, 60, 61, 62, 65, 66, 67,
68 L 87.
2. A storm water quality
management plan shall be
developed for the unnamed
drainage course across
Phase II of Charleston
Heights. The management
plan shall be part of the
street construction plans
for the Outer Loop Road.
The plan shall cover the
drainage course from Taylor
Loop South to Sta 40+00.
3. Grading variations shall
be used to reduce
velocities to 6 fps or
erosion protection shall be
placed on the ditch banks.
4. Approval of ditch
section -is conditional upon
information shown being
correct.
