THAT WHEREAS, Kim Moore, hereinafter called "Grantor", is the owner of the
following described property:

being part of the area platted as 'Recreation Areo" of the Amended Final Flat of
Carriage Creek, Little Rock, Arkansas, plat number D-28 in the records of the Circuit
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 122 of said Corrigoe Creek (said point also being
on the South R/W line of Ridgehaven Road); thence S 60'31'06" E along the South
R/W line of Ridgehaven Road 95.29' to the paint of curvature of a curve to the left
(soid curve having a central angle of 56'46'05" and a radius of 207.95'); thence
in a Southeasterly direction along the arc of said curve to the left and the South
R/W tine of Ridgehaven Road to a point which is S 73'48'37" E 95.83' from the
point'of curvat4ire thereof; thence S 20'56'56" W 69.02'; thence S 36'15'41" W
120.59% thence S 89'08'10" W 153.53% thence N 17'08'25" W 127.80' to a point
on the East line of soil Lot 122 extended; thence N 44'14'01" E along the Enst line
of Lot 122 extended and the East line of said Lot 122 161.12' to the Point of

AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to replat the above -described property into a lot
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused the land to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title "Lot
122-A Carriage Creek Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures and
seals of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered
Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the Grantor, bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for record as Plat # — 9 in
the Records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of all
easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Lot 122-A Carriage Creek
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, and every deed of conveyance shall bear this designation.
The lot shall be used only for single-family residential purposes. All Building Codes and
Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be applicable.
All provisions of the Original Bill of Assurance for Carriage Creek Subdivision, recorded
in document #90-31133 in the office of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
shall remain in full force and effect.
