BILL OF ASSURANCE
LOT 38R
CARRIAGE CREEK SUBDIVISION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, ANTHONY FULGHAN (hereinafter called Allot -
ter) is the Owner of the following described real property
situated in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkan-
sas, to wit: LOTS 37-38 CARRIAGE CREEK SUBDIVISION to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the above described
property be replatted as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
THAT Allotter has caused said real property to be sur-
veyed by Robert C. Lowe and a Replat thereof made which is
identified by the date, March 28, 1994, and by the signature
of said Registered Professional Surveyor and the authorized
representatives of the Sole Owner, Allotter, and bears a Cer-
tificate of Approval executed by the Little Planning Commis-
sion and is of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat No.
; and Allotter does hereby enter into and make this
Replat Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this Amendment is to provide for the mod-
ification of the lot lines so as to enlarge the size of the
lots and thus reducing the number of lots from 17 to 14 as
reflected on the Replat described herein.
Allotter does hereby certify that it has replatted the
above -described tract of land in accordance with said Replat.
The lands embraced in said Replat shall be forever known as
Lots 38R CARRIAGE CREEK SUBDIVISION, and every deed and con-
veyance for said lands shall use the designations as
reflected upon said Replat.
The filing of the Amendment to the Bill of Assurance and
Replat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be a
valid and complete delivery and dedication of easements as
shown in the terms and provisions of the Bill of Assurance
for CARRIAGE CREEK SUBDIVISION filed in Book C at Page 907 of
the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

said, duly qualified, commissioned, and acting, the within
named Anthony Fulgham to me personally well known, who stated

ties to execute the foregoing instrument, and further stated
and acknowledged that he has so signed, executed and deliv-
ered said foregoing instrument for the consideration and pur-
poses therein mentioned and set forth.
