2. How many staff persons (live-in and or other) will be at this location?
Two Staff will be at this location
3. Will any of the occupants drive their own vehicles?
Yes staff will provide transportation for the client

The dwelling is Approximately 2,428 square feet
6. Provide total square footage of each bedroom and the number of persons per
bedroom.
The total square footage for each bedroom is 150 fee and one person per
bedroom
