To whom it may concern:
I, Whitney Patterson, the owner and occupant of 1617 S. Battery St. seek to change zoning at said
property from R3 to R4. We may also utilize the property as a short term rental, and want to have the
appropriate zoning and licensure in place to do so. At this time, there are no structural changes planned
at the property.
In this application packet, I have provided both PZD and STIR applications, a current survey/site plan, bill
of assurance, and both application fees.
