To whom it may concern,
This application Letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little
Rock Department of Planning and Development regarding a conditional use permit to allow a duplex to
be constructed in an R-3 zone at the following addresses:
206 and 212 S Park Street
Little Rock, AR
The lots are currently zoned R-3 with conditional use for Duplex. Lots to the South and West are zoned
R-3. Lot to the north is zoned R-4.
Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the conditional use permit be reviewed by the board at the
next planning meeting in April.
