3 A RESOLUTION TO SET OCTOBER 15, 2024, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
5 COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A PLANNED
6 ZONING DEVELOPMENT TITLED E&Y DEVELOPMENT, LLC-PD-R,
7 LOCATED AT 117 RICE STREET (Z-10021) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
8 ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
11 Commission's recommendation of denial for a Planned Zoning District titled E&Y Development,LLC—
12 PD-R,located at 117 Rice Street, in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a Planned Zoning Development titled
16 E&Y Development,LLC—PD-R, located at 117 Rice Street in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,shall be
17 held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas in City Hall, 2' Floor
18 Board Room, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock,Arkansas at six o'clock on the 15th day of October
19 2024.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution, which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
27 resolution.
28 Section 4. Repealer.All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
