There are two people that reside at this location. 2. How many staff person (liv-in and or other) will be at this location? There will be three staff persons that (liv-in and or other) at this location. 3. Will any of the occupants drive their own vehicles? There will not be any occupants that own their own vehicles. 4. Provide Parking Plan Parking is provided and available. 5. Provide total square footage of the dwelling. The square footage of the dwelling is 1,040. 6. Provide total square footage of each bedroom and the number of persons per bedroom. The total square footage of each bedroom is approximately 150 square feet with 1 person per room. 7. Will transportation be provided to the residence? Yes, transportation is provided to the residences.
