Attached is the Preliminary Plat to replat 1-1/2 lots at 2909 South State Street into two lots.
We are asking for variances to allow the 37.50-foot lot width and the 140.00-foot lot depth.
Please place this item on the agenda for the July 11, 2024 Planning Commission meeting.
