The developer would like to request a variance from Section 21-232 (e) to allow 65’ corner lots. 2) Will comply, the developer will construct a temporary turnaround on the north end of Mountain Brook Drive. 3) The developer has revised the secondary emergency access location. 4) The developer would like to request a variance from Section 36-516 (e) (1) to allow 10’ tall privacy fences on the rear of lots 101 through 137.
