Adam,
In reviewing our records, we have facilities in the easement that is now recorded as 18'. If the change in the easement
necessitates moving of our facilities, it will require a customer work order. There is no plan at this time of placing new
facilities in this plat of Lot 15R.

WHEREAS, Marion Burton, Agent is the sole owner of the following described property: Lot 15, Diver Heights, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to replat said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said Marion Burton, Agent hereinafter termed grantor have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by
Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lot 15R. River
Heights and the date February 2008 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bears a Certificate of
Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instr. ZOO�Q�rJB� �0.� and the grantor do hereby make
this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall
use this designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of
Assurance filed for record and recorded in Deed Book D , Page 890 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
