and desire to replat said Lots: part of Lot 32, Canal Pointe and
all of Lot 31R, Canal Pointe;
WHEREAS, JUDY BAUER ( "Bauer") , the sole owner of the following
described property: Lot 30R, Canal Pointe and desire to replat
part of said Lot: Lot 30R, Canal Pointe;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That Burton and Bauer (collectively "Owners") caused said
tracts of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Land
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title:
Lots 30RR and 32R, Canal Pointe and the date October 15, 1997
and by the signature of the said surveyor and Owners, and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book
Page and the Owners do hereby make this Replat.
The Owners do hereby certify that they have replatted said
real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in
said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to th6,;Si1 -,o '-14ssurance filed of
