County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, Byron House III, owner, hereinafter termed Grantor have caused said tract
of land to be surveyed by Robert D. HoIloway, Registered Professional Engineer, and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title Re -plat of LOTS 12 THROUGH 15
CANAL POINTE ADDITION TO LOTS 12111, 14R,AND 15R CANAL POINTE,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the date May 30, 1997, and by the
signature of the said Engineer and the said Grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Maumelle City Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book ,
Page, and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
This Bill of Assurance hereby adopts the covenants, conditions, and restrictions as
set forth in all Bills of Assurance for CANAL POINTE ADDITION previously filed of
Record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and the ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery
for the dedications of easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street,
canal, and side yards than the building lines shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be
constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.

Please find attached two prints and a copy of the Bill of Assurance for the reference
project. The property is owned by Byron House III, who wishes to Re -plat as shown in
order to accommodate some imminent sales. There appears to be no utilities or other
impediments to the Re -plat therefore we are requesting this be accomplished in the
shortest time span possible to accommodate the pending sale.
