RIVER HEIGHTS LOTS 11, 12, & 13
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, Greg Golden, Trustee, and Walter Quinn , the owners ,
hereinafter collectively called "Owner", of the real property located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, known
as Lots 11, 12, & 13, River Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas described in the attached
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the real property be assembled into two building lots, as
shown on the attached Plat, and that said property be held, owned and conveyed, subject to the protective
covenants in order to enhance the value of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, The lands embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as "Lot 11R and
Lot 13R River Heights", an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and in every deed of
conveyance for the lot in said subdivision describing the same by the number or numbers shown on said
Plat shall always be deemed a sufficient description hereof.
Said land herein platted and any interest therein shall be held, owned and conveyed subject to and
in conformity with the Bill of Assurance filed as instrument Number
in the record of the Pulaski County Clerk and Recorder, subject to being amended or canceled as therein
provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto caused these presents to be executed on the
day of 1995.
