REPLAT
Bill of Assurance
FOR
LOTS 9R, 1OR & 11R
CANAL POINTE
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. AI&KANSAS
WHEREAS, Marion Burton, Agent for the owner and Riverdale Harbour Incorporated, an Arkansas Corporation
and holder of equitable interest, hereinafter collectively called 'Grantor', filed for record November 6, 1989, the
original Bill of Assurance of the real property located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, thereby platted as Canal Pointe
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as Document Number 89-58869 in the office of the Pulaski County Circuit
Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that certain lots be replatted into revised building lots, as shown on the attached
Replat, and that said property be held, owned and conveyed, subject to the protective covenants herein contained, in
order to enhance the value of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by White-Daters and Associates, Inc.
showing the bounds and dimensions of the property now being resubdivided into lots described by lots as shown on the
attached Replat. There are shown on said Replat certain revised easements for use as provided by the original Bill of
Assurance.
The lands embraced in said Replat shall be forever known as "9R, 1OR & 11R Canal Pointe", an addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in every deed of conveyance for any of the lots resubdivided in said subdivision
describing the same by the number or numbers shown on said Plat (9R, IOR & 11R) shall always be deemed a sufficient
description thereof.
Said land herein platted and any interest therein shall be held, owned and conveyed subject to and in conformity
with the covenants contained in the original Bill of Assurance filled for record November 6, 1989 as Document Number
89-58869, subject to being amended or cancelled as thereinafter provided.
IN TNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor and all other lot owners have hereunto caused these presents to be executed
