One of the streets is incomplete in name only - it shows Whispering Pine - complete street name. 2. Whispering Pine Lanes goes into Tract D. Show either a cul-de-sac, hammerhead or a barricade at this location. E. Analysis David Hathcock reports the following street name conflicts: Whispering Pine Trail, Whispering Pine, Whispering Pine Drive, Whispering Pine Cutoff, Whispering Pine Lane, Whispering Pine Cove. The applicant has explained that the street addition requires the replatting of 15 existing lots in Castle Valley Subdivision, Phase I. The additional street would take up part of one lot and the remaining lots would be widened by approximately 10 feet and the depth would increase by 10 feet. This would help to maintain larger homes along the golf fairway. Staff does not oppose double frontage lots, provided a 10-foot vehicle prohibition zone is platted. David Hathcock requests that all street names be picked and approved through his office. F. Staff Recommendation Approval.
