A. Original Plan B. Final Plan 1. 168 -units- 1. 166 2. 314 -parking spaces- 2. 307 3. 1 -clubhouse- 3. 1 4. 23 -apt. bldgs. 4. 22 The street design, building locations and site plan is basically unchanged, except for the elimination of one building in the final plan. The building eliminated was in the southwest corner of the site in an area that would require considerable cutting. The final plan allows for that area to remain generally in its natural state. Additionally, as agreed, and as shown on the original architectural site plan, there will be a six foot high wood fence on the south, west and north property lines. A forty foot buffer has been utilized on the south and west lines with a fifty foor utility easement buffer on the north. Also, a fifteen foot landscape buffer is planned on the south and west boundries. We hope this information will clarify our intentions and the developers responsibilities. Three copies of the final plan are being delivered to you Mr. Bernadette Bettard 6 February 86 Page Two today. Eight copies of the final plat are being delivered to Mr. Van McClendon today. Also being delivered to Mr. McClendon today is the A.P.&L. signed plat in as much as no one was available at A.P.&L. yesterday with authority to issue approval. Mr. Bettard, your assistance yesterday, as always, is greatly appreciated.
