erly 243.81; thence Westerly 158.6' to a point 12.5' from the centerline of Missouri.
Pacific Railroad Spur; thence Southeasterly parallel to and 12.5' from the centerline
of said Missouri Pacific Railroad Spur, along a cxirve to the left, 347.74 measured
