Dear Ms. Bettard:
Please find attached fifteen (15) copies of the site
plan with the proposed Plant Equipment Maintenance Building
shown. We are requesting a Site Plan Review, by the
City of Little Rock, concerning the proposed Plant Equipment
Maintenance Building.
We also have included a letter from Smokey Hollow designating
our Company to represent them and a check for $125.00
for the review process.
Presently, there are two buildings on site: (1) Vehicle
Maintenance Facility for Truck Maintenance of 5,130 square
feet and (2) Main Building totalling 123,790 square feet
broken down to Warehouse of 34,382 square feet, Production
of 80,188 square feet, and Office of 9,220 sqare feet.
Mr. Bill Rector, Sub -Division Committee Chairman, requested
